Sameday Passport & Visa is a private expediting service that assists with U.S. passport renewals. We help review your application, guide you through the requirements, and manage the process to help you avoid delays and keep your renewal on track.

Eligibility Requirements for Passport Renewal

To qualify for a U.S. passport renewal, your most recent passport must meet the following requirements:
  • Be in good condition and submitted with your application
  • Have been issued when you were age 16 or older
  • Have been issued within the last 15 years
  • Be in your current legal name, or be supported by valid name change documentation
  • If you were issued a passport card, it should also be included

Fill Out the Application Online

Complete your passport application online to get started. Make sure all information is accurate to help avoid delays in processing.

Please note:

  • Do not sign your application until you are instructed to do so
  • If you have been issued a Social Security number, you are required to provide it as part of your application
We assist in reviewing your application to ensure everything is properly completed before you move forward.

As part of your application, you’ll need to provide valid identification. Acceptable options include:

  • A current, valid U.S. driver’s license
  • A U.S. passport in good condition, even if expired
  • A naturalization or citizenship certificate
  • A government-issued employee ID (city, state, or federal)
  • A U.S. military ID or dependent ID
  • A valid foreign passport
  • A Mexican Matricula Consular ID (often used for child applicants)
If you’re unsure which documents to use or don’t have one of the options listed, we can help guide you through acceptable alternatives and ensure your application stays on track.
  • You’ll need to include your most recent U.S. passport with your application, and it must be in good condition.
  • Once your new passport is issued, your previous passport will be returned to you.

You’ll need to provide a recent passport photo that meets current requirements:

  • Size must be 2″ x 2″
  • Taken on a plain white background
  • Captured within the last 30 days

If you’re unsure about photo requirements, we assist in reviewing your photos to help ensure they meet the necessary standards and avoid delays.

If your name has changed due to marriage or divorce, you’ll need to include a certified marriage certificate or an official court document showing the legal name change. We assist in reviewing your documents to make sure everything is accurate and properly prepared, helping you avoid delays in your application.

If you’re sending your application by mail, you’ll need to complete two Letters of Authorization and include them with your documents. We guide you through this step to make sure everything is filled out correctly and included, helping you avoid delays in the process.

  • Sameday Passport visa offers clients the ability to pay everything by debit card, cash or check and we will obtain the money order for an additional fee of $10.00.
