Limited Validity Passport

You can replace a limited validity passport at any time. Fees may vary depending on when you apply. We assist in guiding you through the process, helping you prepare your documents and keep your application on track without delays.

In Person Passport Submission Process and Fees

After gathering the documents listed below you must take them with you and appear in person at a Passport Acceptance Facility,  and get a sealed package.

Once you visit our office, and have all the documents listed below, you must take them with you and appear in person at a Passport Acceptance Facility, and get a sealed package. When making your appearance, you will pay a Government Fee of $170 and a separate execution fee of $25. Make sure to have a personal check, cashiers check or money order made payable to the, “US Department of State” in the amount of $170 with you. The $25 execution fee can be paid by debit card or cash. They will put all of your documents including your check and original documents in a sealed package and hand it back to you. This sealed package needs to be dropped at our office to start the process.

How to Apply

Complete Online Application
DS-82 Online Form
Fill out your application online and ensure all information is accurate to help avoid delays. Do not sign the application until instructed to do so. If you have been issued a Social Security number, it must be included as part of your application. We assist in reviewing your details to make sure everything is properly completed before moving forward.
Include your current passport with your application, as long as it is in good condition. Once your new passport is issued, your previous passport will be returned to you. We assist in reviewing your documents to ensure everything is properly prepared and help avoid delays in the process.
  • If your limited validity passport was issued overseas, you may have received a letter with instructions for obtaining a full-validity passport. Be sure to include this letter with your application.
Provide one valid form of identification with your application. Acceptable options include:
  • A current, valid U.S. driver’s license
  • A U.S. passport in good condition, even if expired
  • A Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
  • An employee ID issued by a city, state, or federal office
  • A U.S. military or dependent ID
  • A valid foreign passport
  • A Matricula Consular ID (commonly used for child applications)

If you’re unsure which document to provide or don’t have one of the options listed, we assist in guiding you through acceptable alternatives to help avoid delays and keep your application on track.

If available, include a copy of your flight itinerary or travel confirmation with your documents to support your timeline. If you don’t have confirmed travel yet, you can still move forward—we’ll guide you on what to include to keep your application on track.
Submit a recent passport photo that meets the required specifications. The photo must be 2″ x 2″, taken on a plain white background, and captured within the last 30 days. We assist in reviewing your photos to ensure they meet the correct standards and help avoid delays in your application process.
If your name has changed due to marriage or divorce, include a certified marriage certificate or an official court document that confirms your legal name change. We assist in reviewing your documents to ensure everything is properly prepared and help avoid delays in your application process.
Letter of Authorization
If you’re submitting your application by mail, complete two Letters of Authorization and include them with your documents. We assist in reviewing your paperwork to ensure everything is properly completed and help keep your application moving forward without delays.
Service Order Form
If you’re submitting your application by mail, complete the service order form and include it with your documents. We assist in reviewing your paperwork to ensure everything is properly completed and help keep your application on track without delays.
Government Expedite Fees must be paid by cashiers check or money order, payable to “US Department of State”.

  • Sameday Passport visa offers clients the ability to pay everything by debit card, cash or check and we will obtain the money order for an additional fee of $10.00.
