- Photo must not be older than one month.

A Copy of Yellow Fever Vaccination- You are required to submit copy/original certificate of Yellow Fever vaccination.

- The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.

Sponsor Letter From Organization in Ivory-Coast- A letter from the sponsoring organization in Ivory-Coast on company letterhead indicating nature of applicant’s business, probable duration of stay, places and organizations to be visited and also a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses etc. should accompany the application.
- Detailed explanation of the nature of business to be performed as well as duration of stay.
