Note: Follow the step by step online instructions. Your application must be submitted online and the appropriate Consular fee paid for by credit card online ($180.00 USD). When confirmed, Please print a copy of your “Visa Acknowledgment Slip” “Visa Payment Slip”.

Both applications must completed, printed and signed.
  • You must submit your current undamaged passport and it must have one blank visa page.
  • The passport must be signed and valid for six months from the date of departure.
  • This letter must be from a company/host in Nigeria, inviting and stating where you are staying and must write these exact words “accepting full immigration responsibility”.
  • Please provide a copy of the inviters passport information page.
  • If you have a copy of your flight itinerary or ticket, please include it.
  • If you do not have a travel itinerary or a ticket, it’s okay.
  • Passport photo services available at our offices.
  • Must be 2″ x 2″ on a white background.
  • Photo must not be older than one month.

  • Photo must not be older than one month.

Four copies of Letter of acceptance
  • Four copies of the Letter of Employment.
 
  • Four copies of formal letter for STR visa from the company on behalf of the applicant
  • Four copies of the diploma
  • Four copies of the company “Registration” certificate
  • Four copies of current resume.
  • Four copies of the Status of Quota from the company in Nigeria
  • Four copies of the marriage certificate (applicable for applicant’s accompanying spouse.
